2. Tanning & Finishing
- Leather is processed in our own Kanpur tanning unit.
- Chrome/vegetable tanning ensures durability and flexibility.
- Surface finishing, dyeing, and polishing are done as per brand requirements.
3. Cutting & Strap Preparation
- Leather is cut into precise belt straps using advanced machinery.
- Each strap is measured for uniform thickness and grain.

4. Edge Finishing & Polishing
- Edges are burnished, painted, or waxed for smoothness.
- Adds durability and a luxury look.
5. Stitching & Detailing
- Skilled craftsmen stitch belts with durable threads.
- Decorative stitching and designs are added for elegance.
6. Buckle Fixing & Hardware
- Premium buckles are attached securely.
- Options: brass, stainless steel, or nickel-free finishes.
7. Quality Inspection
- Every belt passes multi-step quality checks.
- Checked for stitching strength, buckle durability, finish, and comfort.
8. Packaging & Dispatch
- Belts are packed in export-quality packaging (custom branding available).
